We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. This role is responsible for coordinating office needs, managing supplies, following up on maintenance, and supervising the Office Boy to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Experience Needed: Entry Level (0–2 years)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM – 8 hours + 1 Lunch Break x 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, and inventory, and coordinate purchases when needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance providers, cleaning services, and other external vendors.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Supervise and direct the daily tasks of the Office Boy.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and common areas.
- Handle employee requests related to office facilities and ensure timely support.
- Track facility-related expenses, invoices, and documentation.
- Support office logistics and general administrative tasks when required.
- Continuously look for ways to improve office organization and day-to-day operations.
