We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. This role requires a balance of relationship building, project management, and business acumen. The ideal candidate is a master communicator who ensures client goals are met while driving internal teams toward excellence and timely delivery.
Location: 6th of October
Experience Needed: Entry level
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM – 8 hours + 1 Lunch Break x 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and briefings, ensuring a clear understanding of client objectives and expectations.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable creative briefs for the design, content, and production teams.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and sent on schedule.
- Proactively suggest strategic growth opportunities and marketing solutions to help clients achieve their business KPIs.
- Review all creative work before it reaches the client to ensure it is on-brand and meets the project requirements.
- Coordinate between various internal departments to resolve bottlenecks and streamline the production process.
- Handle contract renewals, invoicing coordination, and regular reporting on account performance.
Requirements:
- C1 English level.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in account management within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or Odoo is a plus.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and the creative production process.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
