Motion Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through dynamic, engaging animations. This role is execution-focused and requires a creative thinker who can translate concepts, scripts, and designs into smooth, impactful motion content while maintaining strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Location: 6th of October
Experience Needed: 1+ Years
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM – 8 hours + 1 Lunch break x 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, campaigns, ads, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Execute motion designs from concept to final delivery, ensuring smooth animation, timing, and visual clarity.
• Animate typography, illustrations, icons, and graphic elements creatively and engagingly.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life in motion.
• Translate briefs, scripts, and storyboards into compelling animated visuals.
• Ensure consistency in style, pacing, and branding across all motion content.
• Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Apply feedback efficiently and make revisions while maintaining creative quality.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, techniques, and tools, applying them to ongoing projects.
• Maintain organized project files and assets for seamless collaboration and future updates.

Requirements:

• C1 English level.
• More than 1 year of professional experience in motion graphics or animation, preferably in agencies or fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing executed motion work, including social media content, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects; good knowledge of Premiere Pro and Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality animations under tight deadlines.
• Organized, responsible, and execution-driven mindset with a passion for motion design.
