Sales & Support Agent

We’re looking for a Sales & Support Representative who can act as a commercial and support consultant for our managed accounts. This role requires handling inbound inquiries, converting leads, and providing world-class support. 

The ability to understand and communicate technical requirements is a significant advantage.

Location: 6th of October
Experience Needed: Entry level 
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM – 8 hours + 1 Lunch Break x 6 days a week


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, expanding service scope based on client goals and evolving creative requirements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive retention, repeat business, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Responsible for all support and sales activities.
  • Answering all incoming support requests & sales leads conversations on all comm channels.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about various products and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs.
  • Customer care, which follows the sale, may include solving issues, as well as exploring the possibility of further sales.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing efforts. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Manage tasks to organize and prioritize daily and weekly sales goals.

Requirements:
  • An experience in sales roles, or Social Media Moderator roles.
  • Experience or background in the Audio Industry (Music production, VO, or Sound Engineering) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English, with a natural talent for negotiation and relationship building. C1 English level.
  • Highly organized and responsive; you thrive in an environment where speed and clarity are key.
  • A "closer" mindset, you know how to build trust and finalize deals.
  • A high level of digital proficiency & communication.
  • Must be a highly process-driven salesperson.
  • Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive communication approach.
  • Data-driven and can think “outside the box” when finding solutions to identify the win/win. Takes on additional duties as assigned.
