We are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our companies.
This role works directly with the Managing Director while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of both Olven White and Evolution of Audio.
You will coordinate executive priorities, oversee office operations, manage facilities, follow up on projects, and help leadership stay focused on strategy rather than administration.

Position Details
- Location: 6th of October City
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 1–4 years (Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, reminders, and priorities.
- Track action items and ensure follow-up until completion.
- Coordinate executive meetings, travel, and logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Office & Facilities
- Ensure Olven White and Evolution of Audio remain organized, clean, and fully operational.
- Conduct regular inspections and report findings with recommendations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, suppliers, and service providers.
- Supervise the Office Boy and monitor daily office operations.
Operations
- Coordinate internal projects and follow up on deliverables.
- Track deadlines and ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Support company administration and documentation.
- Continuously improve office organization and operational efficiency.
