Data Deletion Instructions

How to disconnect an integration and request deletion of your personal data

You can ask Olven White to delete personal data associated with our websites, forms, services or authorised Facebook and Instagram integrations. You do not need to pay a fee to submit a request.

1. Remove the app from Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites.
  3. Select the relevant Olven White app or integration and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops future access through that connection. It may not automatically erase data already held by Olven White, so also submit the deletion request below.

2. Submit a deletion request to Olven White

Email info@olvenwhite.com with the subject Data Deletion Request, or use our contact form with the same subject. Include only:

  • Your name.
  • The email address or Facebook/Instagram account name used with the service.
  • The Olven White service, form, campaign or app involved.
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted.

Never send your password, access token or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your account from fraudulent requests.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and, after verification, delete or irreversibly anonymise covered personal data within the period required by applicable law, ordinarily within 30 days. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful reason we cannot delete particular information.

We may retain limited records where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Retained information will remain restricted and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

4. Questions and other privacy rights

For access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal or other privacy requests, contact info@olvenwhite.com. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
