سياسة الخصوصية
Privacy, cookies and platform data
Effective 29 August 2026. Olven White is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. It applies to olvenwhite.com, our contact and brief forms, client communications, campaigns, and authorised Facebook, Instagram or other platform integrations.
We may collect information you give us, business and project records, website and device data, cookie choices, and information a social platform makes available when you interact with our pages, ads or an authorised app, limited to the permissions you grant. We use data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and improve services, secure systems, measure campaigns, comply with law and, where permitted, send relevant business communications. Our legal bases may include contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations. Optional cookies are used according to your consent choices where required. We do not sell personal information or knowingly collect data from children under the age required by applicable law.
We share personal data only with authorised staff, professional advisers, hosting, analytics, communications, production and technology providers, relevant social platforms, clients where needed to perform requested work, and public authorities when legally required. Providers must protect data and use it only for agreed purposes. Where data crosses borders, we use lawful safeguards where required. We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, contractual records, security, disputes and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; appeal a refusal where available; and complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents may exercise applicable disclosure, correction, deletion and opt-out rights without discrimination. We honour legally recognised browser-based opt-out signals where required. These rights are administered under applicable law, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR, and relevant US state privacy laws where they apply.
To remove an Olven White app or integration from Facebook, open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select the relevant app, and choose Remove. To request deletion of data held by Olven White, including data received through Facebook or Instagram, use /contactus with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or email info@olvenwhite.com. Include your name, the email or platform account used, the relevant service, and enough information to locate the record; never send your password or access token. We may verify identity. We will delete or anonymise covered data within the period required by applicable law, except information retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Disconnecting an app stops future access but does not automatically erase records already lawfully retained, so submit the deletion request as well.
