Motion Graphics Artist

6th of October, مصر

Join Olven White

At Olven White, we believe motion should do more than make things move—it should make ideas clearer, stories stronger, and creative work impossible to ignore.

We’re looking for a 2D & 3D Motion Graphics Artist who combines strong design fundamentals with an instinct for movement, timing, composition, and visual storytelling.

This is not a role where 3D appears once every few months. Motion is part of our everyday creative output, and you’ll regularly work across both 2D and 3D—from fast-turnaround social content to campaign films, product visuals, explainers, brand animations, and larger creative productions.

We’re looking for someone who can move quickly without making the work feel rushed.

Position Details

Location: The GrEEK Campus West, Mall of Arabia, 6th of October
Experience: 2–5 years
Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Department: Creative

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertising, branded content, and presentations.
  • Work on motion projects on an almost daily basis, balancing multiple brands, formats, and deadlines.
  • Turn creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and static designs into compelling motion.
  • Create 3D assets, environments, product visualizations, lighting, materials, cameras, and animation when required.
  • Develop 2D animation including typography, graphic systems, transitions, compositing, and visual effects.
  • Take projects from initial idea and style frames through animation, compositing, sound integration, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, strategists, editors, AI artists, and account teams.
  • Adapt campaign ideas intelligently across different formats, aspect ratios, platforms, and durations.
  • Develop motion systems that maintain consistency across a brand while leaving room for creative experimentation.
  • Combine 2D, 3D, footage, photography, and generated assets when the concept calls for it.
  • Continuously explore new animation techniques, visual styles, tools, and workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted creative tools where they genuinely improve ideation, production, or execution—without allowing them to replace craft or creative judgment.
  • Maintain organized project files and production-ready workflows that allow other team members to collaborate efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, advertising, post-production, or a related creative field.
  • A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both 2D and 3D work.
  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong command of Adobe After Effects.
  • Professional working knowledge of at least one major 3D workflow such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent.
  • Strong compositing skills and an understanding of how 2D, 3D, footage, and graphic design work together.
  • Ability to interpret creative direction rather than simply animate supplied artwork.
  • Comfortable producing polished work under the faster timelines of a creative agency.
  • Ability to manage several projects and brands simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong eye for contemporary design, advertising, motion trends, digital culture, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary creative team.
  • Strong English communication skills.

You’ll Thrive Here If…

  • You notice how something moves, not just how it looks.
  • You think like a designer before you start animating.
  • You can switch between a clean 2D typography piece and a fully realized 3D execution without treating either as an afterthought.
  • You enjoy figuring out how the hell they made that when you see great motion work.
  • You care about lighting, materials, camera movement, transitions, rhythm, and those tiny details most people never consciously notice.
  • You can work quickly while still caring deeply about craft.
  • You don’t need every frame dictated to you—you can take an idea and contribute creatively to how it should come alive.
  • You experiment with new tools and workflows because they allow you to make better work, not simply because they’re new.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Creative or advertising agency experience.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and Redshift, Blender, Unreal Engine, Houdini, or similar tools.
  • Strong 3D product visualization skills.
  • Experience with character animation or rigging.
  • Experience with tracking, rotoscoping, keying, and VFX compositing.
  • Video editing and color-grading experience.
  • Experience incorporating AI-generated video, imagery, or assets into professional production workflows.
  • Experience creating motion identities and scalable animation systems for brands.
  • An understanding of sound design and how audio contributes to motion.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Creating motion work that elevates the original idea rather than simply animating it.
  • Delivering consistently strong 2D and 3D work across the agency’s everyday creative output.
  • Becoming someone the creative team can bring into a concept early because your perspective changes what is possible.
  • Building faster, smarter workflows without compromising the quality of the final work.
  • And producing pieces we’re genuinely excited to put in our portfolio.

What We Offer

  • Work across different industries, brands, campaigns, and visual styles.
  • A creative environment where experimentation and new ideas are encouraged.
  • Access to modern creative, AI, and production tools.
  • Opportunities to work across both fast-moving digital content and larger campaign productions.
  • Collaboration with designers, art directors, strategists, filmmakers, editors, sound professionals, and AI artists.
  • Continuous learning and room to develop your own creative specialty.
  • Real opportunities for growth within a fast-growing creative agency.

Application Requirements

Please include:

  • Your CV.
  • Your showreel.
  • A portfolio showing both 2D and 3D motion work.
  • A brief explanation of your specific contribution to collaborative projects in your portfolio.
  • The software and tools you work with most confidently.

Ready to Make Ideas Move?

If you’re obsessed with motion, constantly experimenting with how things can look and move, and want to create ambitious work across 2D and 3D almost every day, we’d love to see what you can do.
